An animal shelter in Florida is being investigated by the local authorities for possible animal cruelty. The rumor has it that the dogs are being killed here. The animal welfare advocates asked for documents, but they didn’t get any of them.

On the Shelter Reform for Sumter County Facebook page, there are disturbing videos of alleged neglect, including a dog who was reported to have suffered for three days without a veterinary care before dying, and another dog who was allegedly over-sedated for a heartworm test – that dog showed concerning neurological symptoms.

"This dog laid like this for 3 days waiting for Sumter County Animal Services to get him vet care. He died before that happened. 3 days of suffering that SCAS allowed. Why?????"
